We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our team.
This role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in the commercial, industrial, and multi-family sectors of the construction industry.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and be proficient in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
This role will require an individual who is well-versed in issuing RFQs for subcontractors and vendors, and has experience with Procore and OSHA30.
With a minimum of 3
years of experience, the ideal candidate will be well-equipped to take on this exciting and challenging role.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
1.
Overseeing all aspects of projects within the commercial, industrial, and multi-family sectors.
This includes project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
2.
Issuing RFQs for subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard and within budget.
3.
Utilizing Procore for project management, including documentation, communication, and coordination.
4.
Ensuring all projects comply with OSHA30 safety regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all team members.
5.
Collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to deliver exceptional results.
6.
Regularly reviewing and updating project schedules, budgets, and documentation to ensure that all projects are on track and meet the set objectives.
7.
Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks and issues, ensuring that all projects are delivered successfully.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Permanent Project Manager, candidates must possess:
1.
A minimum of 3
years of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry, specifically in the commercial, industrial, and multi-family sectors.
2.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in creating and managing project schedules and budgets.
3.
Experience in issuing RFQs for subcontractors and vendors.
4.
Proficiency in Procore, with a strong understanding of its features and functionalities for project management.
5.
An OSHA30 certification, demonstrating a commitment to safety in the workplace.
6.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
7.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
8.
A bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
