7K a year We are looking for a qualified office assistant to join our team! This position is part-time.
29 hours per week.
Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to follow directions well.
You should be a people person with great customer service skills.
Previous office skills, along with the program Rent Manager experience is a plus! Duties for this position:
Perform receptionist duties such as greeting residents, prospects, and vendors, answering phones, filing, meet with prospective residents to show properties, explain terms of occupancy and rules and regulations of the park, process potential resident applications, enter bills into Rent Manager, enter rental payments into Rent Manager via check scanner, maintain a neat and tidy office area, assist community manager with duties as need.
This property also manages and maintains storage units.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
