- Assist the physical therapist in providing treatment to patients in an occupational health setting - Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the physical therapist - Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions - Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities - Assist with patient transfers and positioning - Maintain a clean and organized treatment area - Collaborate with the physical therapist to develop and modify treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program - Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a team - Experience in occupational health is preferred, but not required At our facility, we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can make a difference in the lives of patients.
