This position is to support the development and delivery of AVO assembly processes at all AANA locations to optimize manufacturing KPIs, satisfy GSQM requirements, satisfy Ryohin Joken requirements, satisfy AANA process standard requirements, and satisfy all ergonomic, safety, and regulatory requirements. This position must interact with the Program Managers, Product Engineers, vendors, and plant resources to launch a new or optimized process. The Lead Project Engineer is responsible for developing, updating, enforcing process standards. They also execute new equipment industrialization and existing equipment optimization. Role Location:

Qualifications:
BS in Engineering required 5
years in an industrial environment working as an engineer Working experience with General Motors systems and processes MS Office Products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint High technical aptitude Ability to lead without authority Project Management Communicate and collaborate within all levels of the organization We're looking for someone with:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
