- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Answer customer questions about the menu and make recommendations - Handle cash transactions and process payments using Toast POS system - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery - Clear and clean tables after customers have finished dining - Sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment to maintain cleanliness standards
Experience:
