Serving clients in three counties, we are looking for a part-time Community Liaison to join our team of professionals at our non-profit, faith- based organization with deep community roots.
The Community Liaison will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote and grow our home health and hospice services.
This role involves creating awareness and building relationships with referral sources.
Make presentations to senior groups and interested community groups.
Develop and distribute marketing materials related to home care, hospice, training and other related materials.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities within the home health and hospice industry.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals, physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and other potential referral sources.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Must have minimum of high school diploma; a bachelors degree in marketing (or relevant professional experience to the position) is preferred.
